Production Mechanics:
Objectives:
- Study work orders and their execution plans, and determine the stages of production and cost
- Prepares estimates of costs and materials required to complete production
- Controls production and ensures compliance with the required specifications
- Assistance in drawing drawings and technical specifications
- Distributes work on technicians and workers in order to guarantee the achievement of the production objective
- Participates in the installation, distribution and maintenance of machines and parts.
- Controls losses of raw materials
- Controls the quality of production using instruments and measuring devices.
- Train his subordinates to upgrade their skills
- Helps improve the elements that contribute to the competitiveness of the product such as costs, quality, innovation, availability.
- Analyzes a specification and contribute to its elaboration
Domains of work:
- Design study of Mechanics ( count of structure, DAO….).
- Service of Manufacture (Classic Machining and/or Numerical Control Machining ).
- Maintenance of devices and mechanical machines.
- Technico-commecial.
